We provide coverage for all Disney, Universal, and I-Drive area hotels. We also deliver to vacation rental homes and other resorts, as long as the address is within 15 miles of Magic Kingdom. If you prefer to pick up the scooter from our warehouse, please use the following address: 765 Garden Commerce Parkway, Unit D, Winter Garden, Florida, 34787.
Our standard warehouse hours are 10 AM to 3 PM. You are welcome to schedule a pick up or drop off at any time however please be aware that times outside this window may be contactless. If a team member is not available at the time of your pick up your scooter will be placed in the lobby with your name clearly labeled. For after hours returns you may leave the scooter outside the warehouse door.
for non-Disney-themed hotels and vacation rental homes, your scooter may be delivered to the resort's front desk or bell staff either the day before or early in the morning to ensure it is available by your requested time. You are not required to be present during delivery, and no additional charges will apply for this.
If your hotel isn’t listed, it’s possible you’re staying at a hotel on property that isn’t a Disney-themed hotel. This includes hotels like the Swan & Dolphin or Resorts surrounding Disney Springs. No worries—just simply return to the 'Where do you want the scooter delivered?' section and select 'Orlando/Universal/Kissimmee Area Hotel.

You don’t need to be present for delivery of the scooter at a vacation home rental. In the event you are not there it will be left on the front porch with the key in the back pocket. If you plan on leaving early for the parks on your 1st day select "4-6 PM the night before my rental starts" we will bring the scooter a day early for no extra charge.

We will make every effort to deliver your scooter the evening before your reservation, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. However, please note that due to traffic patterns, potential accidents, or other unforeseen delays, delivery may be rescheduled for the morning of your reservation between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Most vacation rentals are located in a highly congested areas with limited access. Because of this, please do not make any plans to use the scooter the night before your reservation officially begins. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility!

For Disney-themed hotels, please note that neither the hotel, bell staff, nor front desk will hold the scooters. It’s essential that we meet with you directly. This is a great opportunity to speak with our scooter experts, ask any questions you may have, and familiarize yourself with the scooter. If you can not find a time that best suites your vacation please use the "Chat Now" function on our website.

Overview of the Cobra GT4

 Drive Medical’s Cobra GT4 is packed with all the features you could wish for in a heavy-duty outdoor scooter in a sleek modern design. The luxurious high back Captain’s seat comes standard in a roomy 22” width. The headrest is height adjustable, and the backrest is able to be reclined, swiveled and adjusted forward or backwards with automotive-style slides.
